Air Karachi, a developing aviation entity in Pakistan, has revealed a new job recruitment campaign to fill multiple roles in various cities, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Multan, Sukkur, and Quetta.
The company is looking for dynamic and experienced professionals to oversee airport operations in a mid-senior management capacity. This opportunity is open to both male and female candidates, with women particularly encouraged to apply as part of Air Karachi’s commitment to inclusion.
Position Overview
Role: Station Manager:
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Level: Mid to Senior Management
Age Limit: Up to 35 years

Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
A postgraduate degree is required, preferably in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Travel and Tourism, or a related discipline, etc.
Industry-recognized certifications such as an IATA in airport or ground operations will be considered an added advantage.
Experience:
A minimum of five years in airline or airport operations is essential, with at least two years in a supervisory or managerial role related to aviation, airport handling, or passenger services.
Work Environment:
The job involves working in a fast-paced airport environment with irregular hours, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
All Candidates must also be prepared to manage emergencies and unexpected operational challenges that arise outside of regular 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM working hours or the Multi Time Shift 8 Hours System.
